OCS check weighers are manufactured in a purpose built start of the art facility in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The in house facilities include several climate chambers, EMC laboratory with measuring hall, electronics/software development, surface mount PCB fabrication along with the latest in CAD design tools and a CNC production hall. The HC range offers the highest accuracy and speeds. Special systems ranging e.g. multi-lane, rotary (star-wheel), IP69 K, and explosion risk zone systems all come under the HC range. The HC range also offers an unlimited integration platform e.g. combined metal detector+check weigher, combined check weigher+coders+open flap detector, and track and trace systems. Special project systems all come under the HC range. All HC systems can be supplied with a validation package.

The HC-WD is the ideal solution in industrial sectors that have especially high hygiene and cleaning requirements. The unique and innovative construction along with the solid stainless steel design makes it perfectly suitable for installation in wet environments as well as for intensive and frequently repeating cleaning cycles (e.g. with steam jets).

Multi-track systems offer significant space-saving, price and speed advantages, and can also be integrated into existing production lines. The elaborate filling head observation of the HC series permits filling heads to be conveniently regulated either individually or as a group to reduce overfilling.

HC-PS – Intelligent product singling with FPV-control.
The product separator with 90° / 180° transverse take-off system (in short the HC-PS-90 / HC-PS-180) takes over the product matrix (e.g. from your thermoformer) and converts this matrix into a continuous, single-track product stream. The earliest possible follow-up inspection by the HC checkweigher controls weight verifiable and conformance to weights and measures requirements. The HC-PS-90 / HC-PS-180 permits an extremely short path between filler / slicer and weighing unit. This means that a short control circuit is set up which helps to reduce overfilling, saving money.

The HC-IS is a special machine configuration of the HC for weighing wobbly, cylindrical products (e.g. cans etc.) in a revolving weighing system with a high throughput at high speed.
The checkweigher is set up at any desired location next to the existing production line. Disconnecting the production line is not necessary.
For the elimination of faulty products a broad selection of sorting devices are available.
