Where self-adhesive labels are taken manually from a roll, introduction of the Premier P10 label dispenser has been shown to increase production by two or three fold.
In processes where the operators are wearing protective gloves, the production increases are even more dramatic. In every case, where hygiene is important, the dispenser rewinds the waste roll preventing the accumulation of unsightly rubbish around the workplace.
The P10 is mounted on a rigid 304 stainless steel support stand incorporates a reliable automatic label head designed to be easily set up and used, with simple label feed path and straightforward, front panel mounted operator controls, for speed and label control.

P50 - Label Applicator
The Premier 50 has been designed to meet the needs of low volume production or start up operations. Designed as an entry level applicator, the Premier 50 is the latest addition to Premier’s extensive range of high quality labelling systems and has been developed in direct response to customer demand for a machine to assist brand owners and contract packers with a simple, low cost solution for product testing and seasonal marketing campaigns.
The Premier 50 is a robust, reliable automatic label head designed to be easily set up and used, with simple label feed path and straightforward, front panel mounted operator controls, for speed and label positioning.
The maximum label size is 150mm wide by 250mm long on rolls up to 250 mm diameter, with operating speeds being between 10 and 20m/min.
The Premier 50 is extremely compact and requires little space to install and operate, enabling the unit to be mounted over an existing conveyor with minimum use of production space.

P100 – Automatic Label Applicator
For a portable,flexible label applicator head to consistently apply labels precisely it has to be engineered to be a rigid and stable structure. This engineering philosophy also guarantess the life of your P100 will be a long one.
The P100 applicator series features easy to use quick release fittings to enable the label reel to be quickly re-loaded to ensure minimum production down time. With its fully adjustable support stands it can be positioned in the most hard to get at and awkward positions.
The applicators can handle labels up to a maximum of 125mm or 210mm in height. With its rotating label beak, it is able to apply labels in any plane onto most types of container.

C-Wrap – Weigh Price Labelling System
The Premier P100 C-Wrap has been designed at the request of the meat packing industry to enable multi-pack stacking and eye level shopping to encourage easy label reading.
The P100 C-Wrap will label top, three panel and full wrap packs and at at speed of upto 60 packs per minute using either fixed or catch weight systems.
The applicator features quick realease fittings to enable the label reel to be quickly and easily re-loaded to ensure minimum production down time.
The conveyor features easy to adjust product guides and quick change food quality transpport belts. An optional integrated pack turner is also available with this unit.
Three panel, full wrap and top label packs can be easily accomodated by the C-Wrap including chicken, beef, pork in a variety of pack types and sizes. The C-Wrap can be used as a stand alone machine or fully integrated into your production line.

The latest addition to the Premier range, the P105, has been designed to apply security, tamper evident and vignette labels to the top of cartons at speeds up to 300 per minute.
Utilising Premier’s existing accurate labelling head technology the P105 features an enhanced control system incorporating a touchscreen user interface for operation of all machine functions. The Siemens PLC and control software allows up to 500 different products to be recalled from the database for quick set-up times and minimum downtime between product changeovers.

The Premier P150 is designed to handle a wide range of containers and labels. The machine’s modular construction allows the machine to be entirely versatile, additional container handling components can be added as and when required. In addition to many standard applications, the P150 is also available with full inspection and rejection systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

P500 – Tube Labelling System
The Premier P500 offers brand owners the design freedom to create a high quality product appearance at a lower cost by applying self adhesive labels to non-printed tubes.
The Premier P500 is designed to apply oriented, non-oriented, partial-wrap, and full-wrap labels to a wide variety of empty flexible tubes.
Featuring an event-driven, PLC controlled system; a non-contact, high-speed sensor and a multi-position indexing turret with tooled roller mandrels.
Labels can be oriented to existing graphics or applied completely around the product. Multiple tube shapes and designs can be accommodated with product changeovers are quick and easy. Integral tube feed hopper and air discharge chute give the P500 the flexibility to be installed in any part of the production facility and be controlled by a single operator.
